CHIRS is Exemplary

A Note from the Executive Director:

We are pleased to announce that CHIRS has been granted Accreditation Canada’s highest award: Accreditation with Exemplary status!!! This award is really significant, perhaps this time more than in past years, because of the challenges brought about by the pandemic. A great big thanks to all CHIRS staff. The work you do each and every day has such a positive and meaningful impact on the lives of the clients that we support and their families.

Special thanks to our wonderful board of directors who volunteer their time to provide support and direction to us. Thanks also to our community partners who work collaboratively with us to create additional resources and opportunities for our clients. Last but certainly not least, to our clients and their families who motivate us each day by demonstrating what it means to be resilient in the face of adversity.
