More on “Spill the T(houghts)!”- Journaling Group on Zoom

One of our Waterloo Students with the ADS department started a new virtual journaling program on zoom called “Spill The T" (T stands for Thoughts). In this journaling program, for the first writing piece, clients were asked to think and write about all the things they are grateful for. We then discussed this exercise. Clients mentioned that they truly enjoy journaling because it felt pleasant and helped them to become more grounded in the present. Some of the things that the members of the group are grateful for are beautifully arranged in the poster attached. We’d like to recognize Susie C-S, who designed the poster and to thank all the clients who come to this program every week to share what they are grateful for.

The background of the poster is fireworks which represent celebration because the group is happy and grateful for their current life as we welcome the new year!
