Something New at CHIRS

With our slow resumption of in-person groups, we started a new program at CHIRS. Healthy Hearts is an invitation only, mentor-led, IN-PERSON program! The program is to aid in the transition from the more sedentary lifestyle during Covid to a more active routine with the use of movement exercises, mindfulness, healthy recipes, open and relevant discussion segments and a community walk.

Last week we had a great turn out. The guys had a lot of fun discussing a healthy lifestyle and ended the program with a walk.
